“Chemistry” is in everything that surrounds us. Whether corona vaccines, concrete, quantum computers, fertilizers or solar cells – without a comprehensive knowledge of how these substances and materials are produced and what happens in or with them when they are used, we would be lost.
Because chemistry is so multifaceted, you can choose between several degree programs at the Department of Chemistry.

At the Department of Chemistry, the people in our student advisory office will answer your questions about choosing a degree program, the organization of your studies and the content of your studies. All of them have studied chemistry themselves and are actively involved in our degree programs. So they know their stuff!
